These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FontBlend and any related features, content, tools, pages, and services provided through ToolApp Pro.
By accessing or using FontBlend, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.
1. About FontBlend
FontBlend is a web-based typography tool designed to help users explore, preview, compare, combine, and work with fonts and font pairings.

You may use FontBlend only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

5. Font Licensing
Fonts displayed, referenced, previewed, or accessed through FontBlend may be owned or licensed by third parties.
Each font may be subject to its own license terms.
You are solely responsible for confirming that you have the appropriate rights or license to use a font in:

- branding;
- websites;
- applications;
- advertisements;

FontBlend does not grant, transfer, sell, or guarantee any font license unless explicitly stated otherwise.
A font being displayed or available for preview in FontBlend does not mean that it is free for commercial use.

ToolApp Pro does not control or guarantee the continued availability of third-party fonts or services.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use FontBlend and any results produced through the application.

- attribution requirements;

You should not rely solely on FontBlend to determine whether a font is legally or technically appropriate for a particular use.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use FontBlend or ToolApp Pro to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- distribute fonts without proper authorization;
- bypass font licensing restrictions;
- upload, distribute, or use pirated fonts;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- introduce malicious code, viruses, malware, scripts, or harmful technologies;

Their appearance within FontBlend does not imply:
- ownership by ToolApp Pro;
- sponsorship;
- endorsement;
- partnership;
- transfer of rights.
All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
11. User-Generated Configurations
Where FontBlend allows users to create, save, or export font combinations, typography settings, design configurations, or related output, you retain responsibility for those configurations.
ToolApp Pro does not claim ownership over the original creative choices you make through the application.
However, the underlying FontBlend interface, software, components, and system remain protected intellectual property.
12. Local Storage
FontBlend may use browser technologies such as localStorage to save:
- preferences;
- font selections;
- recent configurations;
- interface settings;
- application state.
Locally stored information may remain in your browser until it is removed by:
- you;
- your browser;
- a browser extension;
- the application;
- your device settings.
ToolApp Pro is not responsible for the loss of locally stored information caused by clearing browser data, device failure, browser updates, or similar events.
13. No Account Requirement
FontBlend may be available without account registration.
Where no account is required, users are responsible for preserving any locally stored information or exported files.
ToolApp Pro is not obligated to recover data that exists only on a user’s device.
14. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep FontBlend available and functional, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be:
- unavailable;
- interrupted;
- modified;
- updated;
- restricted;
- suspended;
- discontinued.
This may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- hosting issues;
- security incidents;
- technical problems;
- third-party service failures;
- software updates;
- legal requirements;
- business decisions.
15. Changes to FontBlend
ToolApp Pro may modify FontBlend at any time.
Changes may include:
- adding features;
- removing features;
- changing the interface;
- modifying supported fonts;
- altering technical requirements;
- introducing paid features;
- updating integrations;
- changing storage or export options.
We are not required to maintain every feature indefinitely.
16. Accuracy of Results
FontBlend is provided as a design and typography assistance tool.
We do not guarantee that:
- font previews will appear identically on every device;
- rendering will be identical across all browsers;
- every font will remain available;
- every font pairing will be aesthetically appropriate;
- previews will exactly match printed output;
- external fonts will load correctly in every environment;
- font metadata will always be complete or current.
Typography rendering may vary depending on operating system, browser, screen, device, font source, and technical configuration.
17. Professional and Design Decisions
FontBlend provides tools and visual references.
It does not replace professional judgment.
You remain responsible for decisions concerning:
- branding;
- typography;
- readability;
- accessibility;
- editorial design;
- marketing;
- licensing;
- legal compliance;
- client deliverables.
18. Accessibility
Users should independently assess whether typography created or selected through FontBlend meets accessibility standards applicable to their project.
Considerations may include:
- font size;
- font weight;
- line spacing;
- contrast;
- readability;
- language support;
- screen size;
- target audience.
FontBlend does not guarantee compliance with any particular accessibility standard.
19. Third-Party Links
FontBlend may contain links to external websites or services.

ToolApp Pro does not control external websites and is not responsible for:

- their availability;
- their security;
- their terms;
- their privacy practices;
- their products or services.
Your interaction with third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
20. Advertising
ToolApp Pro may display advertisements, sponsorships, affiliate links, or other commercial content.

23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolApp Pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use FontBlend.
This includes, without limitation, losses related to:
- revenue;
- profits;
- data;
- projects;
- files;
- business opportunities;
- reputation;
- font licensing disputes;
- client disputes;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
24. Font License Disputes
ToolApp Pro is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party fonts.
You are responsible for verifying applicable license terms before using fonts in your projects.
If a font provider changes its licensing conditions, availability, or terms, ToolApp Pro is not responsible for resulting consequences.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ToolApp Pro and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

You must not attempt to compromise the security of FontBlend or ToolApp Pro.

Security research should not be conducted without explicit authorization.
